Consultant Meetings

Our faculty members, who act as consultants at the beginning of each semester, inform our students in detail on the following topics through online and face-to-face information meetings, in order for our students to adapt to our University and the programs more quickly and easily:

  • Rights and obligations specified in the Education Regulations,
  • Educational objectives of the department, course contents, and outputs, ECTS (Bologna Information Package)
  • Measures taken for the healthy execution of online education and face-to-face education throughout the ongoing pandemic,
  • Subjects such as add-drop, extracurricular activities, total compulsory and elective courses and projects, internships, seminars, in order to prevent possible grievances related to the student's education life,
  • student exchange programs,
  • Career planning and management, management of success level,
  • Opportunities provided by our university.

Apart from this, the processes of each student who applies are handled separately by their advisors throughout the education period, their situations are evaluated, their questions are answered and plans are made for their continuing education live in order to prevent grievances. Pictures of the advisor meetings held before the 2022-2023 Fall Semester are presented in the images.
